Co-Sport connects adult and teenage athletes. This page sets out the measures in place against child sexual abuse and exploitation, and how to report behaviour that worries you.
1.Our commitment
Co-Sport has zero tolerance for any content or behaviour involving child sexual abuse or exploitation. An account named in such a report is suspended straight away, before the review is finished.
This policy covers every part of the service: profiles, messaging, listings, events, marketplace and published content.
2.Protective measures
Four safeguards govern the presence of minors on the platform:
- Minimum age. Sign-up is limited to people aged 13 and over. An account whose declared age proves false is suspended, then deleted.
- Moderation. Shared content — messages, listings, events, profile pictures — goes through automated moderation and human review.
- Reporting and blocking. Every profile, conversation and piece of content can be reported or blocked from inside the app, with no need to write to us first.
- Evidence retention. When a report involves a minor, the relevant messages, interactions and metadata are kept for the duration of the investigation, as the law requires.
3.Reporting to authorities
Beyond our own measures, we commit to:
- Report to police services and child protection organisations any content or behaviour suggesting child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Cooperate fully with authorities during an investigation, including handing over the data kept for that purpose.
- Comply with the child protection laws of every country where Co-Sport is available.
4.How to report
If you see or suspect dangerous behaviour involving a minor:
- In the app: use the report action on any profile, conversation or piece of content. It is the fastest route and sends us the context directly.
- By email: write to swan.marin@gmail.com with “URGENT — Child safety” in the subject line.
Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Those involving a minor take absolute priority and suspend the account concerned immediately.
5.If someone is in immediate danger
If a person is in danger right now, call the emergency services before writing to us:
- France: 119, Allô Enfance en Danger, or 17 for the police.
- European Union: 112, the single emergency number.
