Delete my account and data
You can delete your Co-Sport account yourself, at any time, without writing to us or justifying your request. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You are not banned: you may open a new account later.
Sign in to delete your account
Deletion erases personal data: we must make sure it is really you asking. Sign in and the buttons will appear right here.

What is erased
- Your profile, photos and stories
- Your workouts, records, statistics and goals
- Your health data: weight, injuries, nutrition, AI coach
- Your Strava activities and routes
- Your posts, comments, likes and follows
- The content of your private messages
What is kept, and why
- Your invoices and payments, 10 years — accounting and tax obligation
- Connection logs, 12 months — legal obligation
- Open moderation cases
- Reviews you left for a coach, without your name — their rating depends on it
- The structure of shared conversations, without the content of your messages
This data is kept for a limited period, required by law or necessary to defend our rights. It serves no other purpose.
Download your data before you go
A ZIP archive with all of your data: training, health, social, messages, listings, billing, media. Your passwords and your Google, Apple and Strava tokens are not included — adding them would turn the archive into a key to your other accounts.
Can no longer sign in?
If you have lost access to your account, write to us and we will delete it after verifying your identity, within one month:
